Broth stew of savoy cabbage with cod


Stew of potatoes, savoy cabbage, onion, bay leaves, cod, sausage and celery.

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into pieces and cook in water for 20 minutes in salted water. Drain. Meanwhile, remove the leaves from the coals and wash them. Cut into strips.
  2. Cut the onions in half rings and the garlic fine. Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage, bouillon tablet, bay leaf and the water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the pan over low heat.
  4. In the meantime, sprinkle the cod with pepper and salt and put the last 8 minutes between the cabbage.
  5. Meanwhile cut the sausage into slices and the celery fine. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the sausage for 4 minutes on a medium heat.
  6. Remove the fish from the pan and divide into 4 pieces.
  7. Mix the potatoes and ² / ³ of the celery by the cabbage. Distribute over the bowls and serve with the fish, sausage and the rest of the celery.
