Cut the strawberries in four. Mix them in a bowl with balsamic vinegar. Let marinate for 30 minutes and then drain the strawberries in a sieve.

Chop the pistachio nuts. Brush the crackers with hüttenkäse and scoop the strawberries. Sprinkle with honey and sprinkle with pistachio nuts.
