Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Fry the onions and garlic in the olive oil and then fry the chicken until golden brown.

Add the tomato and to taste add ketjap, nutmeg, pepper and salt and the crumbled stock cube.

Leave on low heat for approximately 35 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken parts.

Add the potato slices about 20 minutes before serving and pour in boiling water for just underneath. Let it slowly cook.

Sprinkle the dish just before serving with the spring onions.
