Almond popsicles with chocolate sauce

Roast the almonds in a dry, hot frying pan until golden brown. Sprinkle them in a deep plate.

Create large balls of ice. Insert a ice cube, teaspoon or ice-cream spoon into each bread and roll the ice through the almonds so that the bread rolls are covered.

Put them on a plate that is covered with parchment paper or aluminum foil and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes (also a day in advance).

Pour a thin layer of chocolate sauce on a cold plate and put the lollipop on it.
