American caesar salad
A tasty american recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, boule beurre ((bread), uncut), olive oil, garlic (pressed), baby romain lettuce, lemon, anchovy fillets (cans 46 g), Caesard dressing (original (bottle 350 ml)) and Parmesan cheese .

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Cut the bread into cubes of 1 1/2 x 1 2/2 cm. Mix the oil with the garlic and salt in a bowl. Add the bread and scoop, so that the oil covers the bread evenly. Divide the cubes over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven. Spoon halfway.

Remove the leaves of the leaves, wash and dry them and put them in a bowl.

Halve the lemon. Squeeze out 1 half and put into a bowl. Cut the other half into segments. Cut the anchovy fillets as small as possible and add to the lemon juice. Mix in the dressing. Pour over the lettuce and scoop so that all the leaves are covered.

Divide the lettuce over 4 plates. Scrape the cheese over it and divide the croutons over the salad. Serve with lemon wedges.
