Cook the sweet potatoes in the peel in 45 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and remove the peel.

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.

Grease the shape. Line the shape with the puff pastry. Put the potatoes in a large bowl and crush with the puree tamper.

Add the butter and mix with a mixer to a smooth mixture.

Add the sugar, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and the vanilla flavor and mix for 1 more minute.

Pour the filling into the mold and bake the cake in the middle of the oven for about 50 minutes.

Check whether the cake is cooked by putting a skewer in the middle of the cake. If the stick is clean, the cake is done.

Allow the cake to cool and serve at room temperature.
