Melt the chocolate in a container hanging over a pan of boiling water (au bain marie).

Make sure the container does not touch the water.

Separate the eggs.

Beat the egg whites with the addition of some sugar.

Whisk also the whipped cream (without sugar) and beat the egg yolks frothy.

Pour the melted chocolate very slowly into the whipped egg yolks while continuing to mix at a low setting.

Spatefully fold the whipped egg white.

Now carefully pour in the whipped cream.
-
Let it stiffen in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

Garnish the dessert by sprinkling it with powdered sugar through a template.
