Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Divide the strawberries over the oven dish.

Mix the oatmeal with the hazelnuts, cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of sugar, the flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl and knead the butter through the dough into a crumbly dough.

Divide this over the strawberries and fry the crumble in the oven in about 25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the strawberry crumble warm with a scoop of crème fraîche.
