Poffer with summer fruit salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: fresh fruit (summer (eg currants berries blackberries and raspberries)), nectarines (or apricots, in parts), fresh juice (eg orange / strawberry), cane sugar, mega-suitcases, pistachios (peeled unsalted and coarsely chopped).

Mix the fruit in a bowl with the juice and possibly a scoop of cane sugar. Cover the dish and marinate the fruit for at least 1 hour in a cool place (not in the refrigerator); scoop occasionally.

Heat the mega suitcases on a greased griddle over moderately hot fire in 1-2 minutes per side. Put the warm packers on four plates. Spoon the fruit salad next to it and sprinkle with the pistachio nuts.
