Ingredients
Directions
-
Clean the lemon and grate off the yellow skin. Squeeze out half a lemon. Roast the pine nuts golden brown in a dry frying pan and let them cool down on a plate. Mix the grater, cinnamon and half of the honey with the ricotta. Season the ricotta mixture with a small squeeze of lemon juice. Wash the pears and cut them in half from the stem. Scoop out the core with a teaspoon. Drizzle the pear halves with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
-
Place the pears on the convex sides on a greased grill or grill topper over medium hot fire and grill for 2-3 minutes. Turn the pears and grill the other side for another 2 minutes. Place 2 warm pear halves on each plate, with the cutting surface pointing upwards. Put some ricotta mixture on the pears and sprinkle with the pine nuts. Drip the rest of the honey over it.
