Heat a pan with a bottom of water until the water boils. Hang a bowl with the chocolate in the pan and make sure the bowl does not touch the water (au bain-marie). Stir gently so that the chocolate can slowly melt.

Spread the melted chocolate with a spoon over the inside of the ice cups and make sure there is some chocolate on the edge.

Divide the hazelnuts over a plate, dip the edge of the cups in the nuts and let it solidify.

Divide the fruit over the ice cups and garnish with a parasol.
