                            Banana with chocolate and basil
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: bananas, fresh basil (a 15 g), extra bitter chocolate and chocolate mousse (500 g).

                                Remove the skin from the bananas and cut each banana diagonally into 4 long slices.
 - 
                                Pick the leaves of basil from the stalks and cut them into wafer-thin strings.
 - 
                                Break the chocolate over a saucepan into pieces and let the chocolate melt over very low heat while stirring.
 - 
                                The chocolate may not cook; take the pan off the fire if it goes too fast! Or break the chocolate over a heat-resistant bowl into pieces, hang the bowl in a large pan with low boiling water (note: bottom of bowl and pan should not touch each other) and let the chocolate melt slowly.

                                Dip the slices of banana half in the warm chocolate and put them on a plate for a moment.
 - 
                                Sprinkle some basil strips over the chocolate and let the chocolate harden.
 - 
                                Spoon the chocolate mousse into four wide glasses and place the pieces of banana with the chocolate side facing up..
