A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: apple, lemon juice, wraptortilla, cinnamon powder, carrots (or 8 carrots) and deleted).

Cut apple (possibly peel) into very small segments and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Wraptortilla 20 sec.

heat in microwave.

Distribute apple in bar on the middle of tortilla.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder over it.

Folding sides over filling.

Then roll up the tortilla firmly and wrap it in aluminum foil.

Put tortilla together with carrot in a lunchbox..
