Preheat the oven to 100ºC. Cut unpeeled apples into thin slices, leave the core in it. Place them side by side on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat a dash of lemon juice with a few drops of sunflower oil and brush the apple slices with this. Dry the apple crisps for about 1 hour in the oven.

Remove from the oven and place a piece of baking paper on top of the baking tray. Grasp the baking tray with the baking paper with oven mitts on the side and turn over in a gentle movement.

Put 1 sheet of parchment paper back on the baking sheet and dry the other side of the apple uncovered for more than 1 hour in the oven. Allow the apples to cool on a grid so that they are crispy.

The apple crisps remain crispy for a few days in an airtight container.
