Oliebollen with parmesan cheese and parsley
Do not use sugar, but mix 5 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and 3 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley with the oliebollenbeslag. Add some extra salt. Bake the oliebollen.
Sprinkle the oliebollen with Parmesan cheese, parsley and possibly some finely chopped red pepper.
