Apple or pear pancakes


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: apples (and / or pears), pancake mix (pack a 400 g), milk, egg, butter, sugar and cinnamon powder.

Directions

  1. Peel apples and / or pears and cut a total of 12 thick slices of fruit from the stalk (this way the shape of fruit stays visible).
  2. Cut away the clock house.
  3. Slice apple or pear thinly with sugar and sprinkle cinnamon.
  4. In batter mix pancake mix with milk and egg until thick, smooth batter.
  5. Each time melt butter in small frying pan and stick apple or pear 30 sec.
  6. bake per side.
  7. Add some pancake batter (about 5 tablespoon per pancake) and the bottom of brown bowls.
  8. Carefully turn the pancake (using the lid) and brown and cook until tender.
  9. Keep baked pancakes warm.
  10. Stack 2-3 pancakes on four plates.
  11. Spread icing sugar and cinnamon as desired..
