Cranberry tiramisu
Tiramisu of long fingers, mascarpone, cranberry, whipped cream and white chocolate.

Pour the cranberry juice into a deep plate and dip 3 long fingers per person with the non-sugared side. Place these per 3 on a plate.

Stir in the mascarpone with the cranberry compote. Beat the whipped cream (just not stiff) with the vanilla sugar and spatula lightly through the mascarpone.

Divide ⅔ part of the mascarpone over the long fingers.

Dip the rest of the long fingers with the non-sugared side in the rest of the cranberry juice and put on the mascarpone again in 3 times.

Divide the rest of the mascarpone over the long fingers.

Scrape the chocolate over the tiramisu. Garnish with the rest of the cranberry compote.
