Ingredients
Directions
-
Start with the oranges. They clean very well under hot water and cut into slices of 1/2 inch thick.
-
Heat the sugar with 5 tablespoons of water and let it boil gently until a light blond caramel. Put the orange slices in and allow to cool.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie (or in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at 400 Watt) and let cool to lukewarm.
-
Split the eggs. Beat the egg whites with salt in a fat-free bowl.
-
Mix the butter and sugar and whisk in the melted chocolate. Fold in the egg yolks one at a time.
-
Add the flour and spread the egg whites lightly until smooth. Grease the shape and dust it with flour. Fill the mold with the chocolate mixture and fry the cake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
-
Let it cool down until lukewarm before the mold is removed or serve it in the mold (it is a soft cake). Decorate with the slices of orange.
