A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries, peach pieces, liquid margarine (bottle), almond shavings, sugar, flour, powdered sugar, salt, milk, eggs and vanilla or strawberry ice cream.



  1. Wash strawberries, cut off the crowns and cut large strawberries in half. Let the peach pieces drain well. Heat 1 tbsp liquid margarine in a frying pan. In it, fry the almond shavings together with the sugar until it is light brown. You add the fruit and bake it gently for 3 minutes. Carefully shovel occasionally.
  2. Sift the flour together with the icing sugar and a pinch of salt over a bowl. Then, while you stir, pour the milk very slowly. Do you have a nice, smooth batter. Then beat the eggs and 1 tablespoon of liquid butter with a fork.
  3. You're going to bake pancakes ... Heat a few drops of liquid butter in a small frying pan. Put 2 tablespoons of batter in the frying pan and spread the batter over the bottom. Fry the flange for about 30 seconds on one side and 30 seconds on the other side. Put it on a plate that you first preheated in the oven. And fry another 7 flanks. Put these on the preheated plate so that you have a stack of 8 pancakes.
  4. Make the fruit warm again. Put a scoop of ice cream on the pancakes and fold them up. Put two pancakes on each plate. Fruit around ... and feast! .
