Nectarines with walnut cream

Turn the walnuts into crumbs with the hand blender. In a bowl, beat the whipped cream with honey until you finally finish the walnuts.

Heat the barbecue. Cut the nectarines in half and remove the kernel. Put them down with the skin side down on the barbecue grill, cover with a lid and puff them for 5 minutes. Then remove the lid and grill the nectarines for another 2 minutes on the other side.

Put the nectarines on 4 plates and on each a little walnut cream.
