Raisin trio
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: raisins, pancake mix, semi-skimmed milk, egg (M), apple (Elstar), liquid butter, powdered sugar and syrup.

Put the raisins in a small bowl with warm water and let them stand for 5 minutes.

Stir in the pancake mix and half of the milk with a whisk until it is smooth. Break the egg over a separate dish. Make sure there are no pieces of eggshell. While you keep stirring, you put the egg and the rest of the milk in the batter. Stir again until it is a smooth batter.

Drain the raisins and pat dry with kitchen paper or a clean tea towel. Wash and peel the apple and grate it over the batter. Stir the raisins and the apple through the batter.

Let a few drops of liquid butter get hot in a frying pan. Spoon 3 small pancakes in the frying pan with a ladle and fry them for about 30 seconds on both sides. Place the pancakes on a plate and cover them with a lid. That way they stay nice and warm. Bake the other pancakes in the same way. Divide the pancakes over four plates. Sprinkle icing sugar over the pancakes or pour syrup over.
