Chocolate espresso roll
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: dark chocolate, butter, wheat biscuits (digestive, roll of 400 g), espresso coffee (50 ml), vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.

Break chocolate into pieces.

Melt butter and chocolate in a pan.

Biscuits crumble.

Stir in espresso with vanilla sugar through chocolate mixture and make cookie crumbs through until well mixed and allow to set.

Cast a stiff mixture onto aluminum foil and roll it to a diameter of approx.

6 cm.

Fold aluminum foil around it.

Roll further in the refrigerator (at least 1 hour).

Remove chocolate from a refrigerator and cut into 16 slices.

Paste slices on plates with powdered sugar.

If necessary garnish with whipped cream..
