Chocolate espresso roll


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: dark chocolate, butter, wheat biscuits (digestive, roll of 400 g), espresso coffee (50 ml), vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.

Directions

  1. Break chocolate into pieces.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in a pan.
  3. Biscuits crumble.
  4. Stir in espresso with vanilla sugar through chocolate mixture and make cookie crumbs through until well mixed and allow to set.
  5. Cast a stiff mixture onto aluminum foil and roll it to a diameter of approx.
  6. 6 cm.
  7. Fold aluminum foil around it.
  8. Roll further in the refrigerator (at least 1 hour).
  9. Remove chocolate from a refrigerator and cut into 16 slices.
  10. Paste slices on plates with powdered sugar.
  11. If necessary garnish with whipped cream..
