Semifreddo of yogurt and lime
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: eggs, liquid honey, whipped cream, yoghurt, lime, filo puff pastry (frozen) and powdered sugar.

Dividing eggs and stiffening proteins. Beat the yolks in another bowl with honey. In the third bowl, whipped cream. Sprinkle the yoghurt lightly with whipped cream. Prote the egg whites and yolks with yoghurt mixture. Lime zest grated over yoghurt mixture. Squeeze half lime and add juice. Fill ice cube mold to edge with mixture. Put the mold into freezer, let the mixture freeze in 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut top 2 layers of frozen filo pastry on folding edge with sharp knife. Put the rest of the dough back in the freezer. Cut out triangles from dough 8 and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread dough crispy and golden brown in the middle of the oven for about 5 minutes. Take out shape and let it cool down.

(As the last part of dessert) take semifreddo out of shape and divide into eight dessert plates. sprinkle filo triangles with powdered sugar and place them in blocks of semifreddo. Serve immediately.
