Apple salad with walnut and pecorino


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: walnuts, sea salt, apples (elstar), white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, rocket lettuce (80 g) and pecorino (cheese) (long piece).

Directions

  1. Chop the walnuts coarsely and fry them in a non-stick pan until they start to smell strongly.
  2. Sprinkle them with the sea salt and let them cool down for a while.
  3. Clean the apples and cut them in half.
  4. Remove the core and cut the apple into thin slices.
  5. Spoon the apple slices with the vinegar, oil, (freshly ground) pepper and sea salt to taste.
  6. Divide the rucolasla melange over 4 plates and spread the apple slices over it.
  7. Sprinkle the salad with the walnuts.
  8. Scrape with the cheese slicer thin curls of the pecorino.
  9. Divide them over the salad.
  10. Tasty with roasted nut bread..
