  1. Wash the apples and remove the core (leave the skin).
  2. Cook the apples in a layer of water until mushroom.
  3. Sift the boiled apples so that you keep the juice.
  4. Add brown bastard sugar to taste.
  5. Boil the juice until drops of the spoon draw a line.
  6. Let the syrup cool down and it is ready for use !.
