Wash the apples and remove the core (leave the skin).

Cook the apples in a layer of water until mushroom.

Sift the boiled apples so that you keep the juice.

Add brown bastard sugar to taste.

Boil the juice until drops of the spoon draw a line.

Let the syrup cool down and it is ready for use !.
