A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, chorizo ((Spanish sausage 250 g), in slices), yellow peppers (in strips), extra virgin olive oil, white (balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle)), avocados (in strips), basil ((a 15 g) and leaf torn).

Fry the chorizo in a frying pan without oil or butter in 5 min. Crisp. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Mix in a bowl with the paprika, oil, vinegar and pepper and salt to taste.

Spread over 4 plates, put the avocado on top and sprinkle with the basil.
