Drill the core from the apples with an apple drill and cut into thin slices.

Bring the wine to the boil with the honey. Put the apple slices in and boil for 4 minutes.

Spoon the apple on a flat plate. Allow the cooking liquid to reduce to syrup.

Cut the figs crosswise or divide them into parts.

Divide the slices of apple over 4 plates. Take the figs through the syrup and place them on the apple. Sprinkle with the syrup and spread the blue cheese over it.
