Apricot clafoutis with yogurt

Grease the tart mold and preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Add the thyme to the orange juice and the apricots in it.

Mix the flour with the sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt. Pour the yogurt slowly and beat until smooth.

Drain the apricots and spread them over the bottom of the cake pan. Pour the batter in such a way that the apricots remain well distributed.

Fry the clafoutis in the center of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and done. Sprinkle the last 10 minutes of the oven season with the almonds.

Serve the clafoutis lukewarm and sprinkle with a layer of icing sugar.
