Fresh lime jelly with basil
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: white gelatin, limes (pressed), fresh basil (15 g), olive oil with basil and sugar.

Let the gelatin soak in cold water for 5 minutes.

Bring 400 ml of water with the sugar to the boil.

Squeeze the gelatine, remove the sugar water from the heat and dissolve the gelatine.

Stir in the lime juice and let the mixture cool down, until it starts to become lumpy.

Cut the basil into thin strips.

Stir in the chopped basil through the lumpy gelatin mixture.

So the basil will not sink to the bottom of the pudding.

Grease the molds thinly with basil oil and spread the gelatin mixture over them.

Allow the jelly to set in the refrigerator in about 2 hours.

Dip the pudding molds to the edge in a container with hot water for easy pouring.

Place a plate on each mold, turn them one by one and let the jelly slide out of each mold..
