Apricots with cream
A nice Turkish recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: veded apricots, sugar, whipped cream, vanilla sugar and walnuts.

Bring 3 liters of water to the boil in pan. Place apricots in them and let them simmer for at least 3 hours. Stir in sugar and bring it to the boil. Apricots gently boil for about 15 minutes until syrup is formed. Prepare apricots from syrup on plate and allow to cool. If necessary, reduce the syrup slightly and let it cool down.

In bowl, whipped cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Transfer to piping bag with a cartel mouth. Cut open apricots, unfold slightly and put on four plates. In each apricot pour a generous amount of whipped cream and crush walnut in cream. Sprinkle some syrup over it. Serve immediately.
