Chocolate avocado smoothie
A delicious indonesian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: dark chocolate ((tablet 100 g), coarsely chopped), avocado, lime (pressed) and sugar.
Bring 3 tbsp water to the boil and remove the pan from the heat. Break the chocolate into pieces and put them in the hot water. Let the chocolate melt in 3 minutes and stir into a smooth sauce.
Remove the drinks glasses from the freezer. Let the chocolate sauce with a spoon in a thin stream in each glass while you move the glass. That way you get a 'chocolate web' in every glass.
Halve the avocado in the length, remove the kernel and scoop the flesh from the peel into the blender. Add the lime juice, the sugar and 50 ml of cold water and mix in the blender in 1 minute to a smooth smoothie. Pour in the glasses and serve.
