Coffee granita with whipped cream
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: sugar, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder, strong espresso coffee and whipped cream.

Allow the sugar, the cinnamon and half of the cocoa to roast in the still hot coffee and let it cool down afterwards.

Let the cooled coffee in the low freezer box freeze in the freezer for 3 hours until ice crystals form.

Stir the iced coffee with a fork, put the box for another hour in the freezer and then toss again.

Repeat freezing and shoveling until the coffee is completely frozen (granita).

Take the granita 5 minutes before serving from the freezer.

If the ice has become too hard, let it stand for a moment and then scoop it with a fork.

Beat the whipped cream without sugar.

Spoon in two glasses around different layers of coffee granita and whipped cream and sprinkle with the rest of the cocoa.
