Lemon mascarpone with red fruit
Mascarpone of lemon and yogurt. Served with raspberries and red berries. Fresh dessert for the summer.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Mix the mascarpone with the grater and yogurt.

Put the raspberries and berries together with the leces in the blender and reduce for 10 seconds.

Put the lemon mascarpone in the dishes and spread the red fruit puree over it. Stir through it with the skewer, to create a marble effect. Spoon the rest of the fruit and serve immediately.

Also tasty with an extra scoop of leces on it.
