Peaches with espresso mascarpone
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: hot strong (espresso) coffee, sugar, peaches in juice ((415 g), in pieces), cantuccini biscuits ((Italian almond biscuits, 175 g), broken into pieces), mascarpone (soft cream cheese and 250 g).

Put the coffee in a bowl and stir in the sugar until it is dissolved.

Allow to cool.

Drain the peaches in a sieve and distribute them over 4 dishes.

Spoon the cookies through the peaches.

Spread 1 tbsp of coffee over each dish.

Beat the mascarpone with the rest of the coffee and scoop over the peaches..
