Chocolate pancake with raspberries
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: milk chocolate (with caramel), pancakes natural (chilled), sunflower oil (to be covered), whipped ice cream (forest fruits) and raspberries (fresh).

Break the chocolate into 4 bars. Heat the pancakes according to the instructions (otherwise they break when rolling up) and place a chocolate bar on each pancake. Fold the sides of the pancake over the chocolate and roll the pancake around the chocolate. Brush each pancake thinly with oil. Keep the pancakes covered in the refrigerator.

Place the pancakes on a greased grid over smoldering fire and heat for 3-4 minutes until the chocolate has melted. Put the pancakes on four plates. Spoon a roll of bread ice next to it and divide the raspberries over it.
