Nougat parfait
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: soft nougat (pack a 200 g), whipped cream, egg yolks, white-tasting sugar, sweet sherry and pomegranates.

(May a few days in advance): Nougat cut into small pieces. Beat whipped cream. In pan that hangs in larger pan with boiling water (= au bain-marie) egg yolks with sugar light and creamy until all the sugar is dissolved. Remove the pan from the pan and allow the egg mixture to cool down while stirring. Pieces of nougat and sherry beat with egg mixture. Whip cream gently through egg mixture. Mix mixture into spherical dish and cover with plastic foil. Place dish in freezer for at least 24 hours.

Half the pomegranates and remove the seeds with teaspoon carefully. Remove any white fleece. Scale the dish for a few seconds in hot water and pour parfait on a large, flat dish. Spread the pomegranate seeds over it and serve parfait directly.
