Wash the apple.

Roast the hazelnuts in a frying pan golden brown and let them cool down on a plate.

Cut the bushes of chicory into pieces of 4 cm and loosen the leaves.

Halve the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into thin slices.

In a salad bowl, mix the arugula with the chicory, apple and hazelnuts and sprinkle the dressing over it.
