Directions

  1. Toast the walnuts in a frying pan golden brown and let them cool on a plate.
  2. Cut the bushes of chicory into pieces of 4 cm and loosen the leaves.
  3. Wash and halve the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into thin slices.
  4. In a salad bowl, mix the arugula with the chicory, apple and walnuts and sprinkle the dressing over it.
