Arugula chicory salad with apple and walnuts

Toast the walnuts in a frying pan golden brown and let them cool on a plate.

Cut the bushes of chicory into pieces of 4 cm and loosen the leaves.

Wash and halve the apple, remove the core and cut the apple into thin slices.

In a salad bowl, mix the arugula with the chicory, apple and walnuts and sprinkle the dressing over it.
