Directions

  1. Sprinkle the steaks around with salt. Heat the oil on a high setting and fry the meat for 1/2 minute on one side. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm under a plate.
  2. Turn down the heat source, add the garlic and red pepper to the shortening and heat for 1 minute. Add the parsley and lemon zest and fry for a few seconds.
  3. Place the meat with the unbaked side in the pan and let it cook for 1 minute on high setting. Turn the meat around in the pan.
  4. Serve the meat directly on warm plates with the spicy gravy. Delicious with bread or fries and sweet and sour cucumber.
