Asian fish with noodles and vegetables
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lime, onion and Little Gem lettuce.

Ingredients
- 2 tl sesame oil
- 300 g fresh salmon fillet
- 300 g whitefish fillet
- 1 el Sesame seed
- 2 lime
- 1 el liquid honey
- 15 g misopaste
- 2 el soy sauce low in salt extra to flavor
- 250 g egg noodles
- 1 fresh red pepper
- Cucumber
- 4 forest outing
- 1 head Little Gem lettuce
- 200 g radish
- 2 el extra virgin olive oil
- 2 twig fresh coriander

Directions

Grease a small, shallow baking dish or refractory serving dish with the sesame oil. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Dip both pieces of fish dry with a paper towel, cut into 1 cm thick strips and place them randomly on a plate or plate. Rub the strips carefully with the rest of the sesame oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds and the finely grated peel of 1 lime, squeeze half of the juice and drizzle the honey. Put the dish in the oven until the fish is done (about 7 min.).

Pour 1 liter of boiling water into a frying pan. Place it on high heat, add the miso paste, soy sauce and noodles and ensure that the noodles are well under water.

Cut the chilli into rings and put them in the stock.

Cut the cucumber, sugarsnaps, spring onions, lettuce and radishes into the food processor. Put them in a bowl and make them with the juice of 1 lime, a little soy sauce and olive oil.

Check the noodles and turn off the heat when they are done. Season the stock with soy sauce.

Put the vegetables in a pile on the noodles and mix them together at the table. Sprinkle a few coriander leaves over the fish before serving.
