Directions

  1. Drain the pineapple slices in a sieve, but collect the juice. Cut the pineapple into pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the ginger and cut it very finely. Mix the pineapple, pineapple juice, ketchup, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the wok vegetable for 4 min. On medium heat. Scoop out of the pan onto a plate.
  4. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the ginger for 1 min. Add the pineapple mixture and bring to the boil.
  5. Add the beef balls and cook gently on low heat for 7 minutes. Add the wok vegetables for the last 2 minutes.
  6. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and drain in a colander.
  7. Meanwhile, cut the spring onion into thin rings. Serve the sweet-sour vegetables and beef balls with the noodles and sprinkle with the spring onions.
