Fry the asparagus broccoli in a little thin water in about 4 minutes. Cast off and lay flat.

Finely chop anchovies. In a small bowl anchovies with oil and lemon rind until dressing. Roll up the pepper above it.

Sprinkle dressing over asparagus broccoli. Serve with grilled meat.
