Asparagus roll
A nice English recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, green asparagus (500 g), pork fillet (900 g), butter (diced), jamon serrano consorcio (ham, 80 g) and olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the woody end of the asparagus and cook for 4 minutes. Allow to cool. Remove the net from the roulade and cut the meat through, but leave the halves together. Sprinkle the inside with salt and pepper and spread 4 asparagus, butter and ham. Push the halves together and tie the roulade with kitchen rope. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
