Green salad with bacon and avocado
Salad of unsalted cashews, edible avocado, lemon juice, lamb's lettuce, arugula, olive oil, garlic, black pepper and smoked bacon

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the cashew nuts in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.

Cut the flesh into pieces and sprinkle the lemon juice over it.

Mix the lamb's lettuce, arugula and avocado in a large bowl. Put the rest of the lemon juice and basil oil in a bowl and press the garlic on top.

Beat until a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the grill pan. Spread the breakfast bacon with the rest of the oil and grill for 3 minutes. Turn halfway.

Drain on kitchen paper and break into pieces.

Spoon the dressing and cashew nuts lightly through the salad and garnish with the bacon.
