Directions

  1. Divide the arugula or skip 4 plates.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  3. Grease a grill pan with the oil and roast the asparagus around light brown and al dente in approx. 5 minutes. Put them on the arugula.
  4. Bake the bacon in the grill pan crispy and put the apple for a moment. Divide the bacon and the apple with the spring onions over the salad.
  5. Pour over the dressing and sprinkle the cheese and walnuts on top.
