Asparagus salad with apple and goat cheese
- 75 gram arugula
- 75 gram fine leaf lettuce
- 1 tablespoon stir fry oil
- 500 gram white and green asparagus
- 8 paste bacon
- 2 Apple
- 2 spring / forest onion
Divide the arugula or skip 4 plates.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
Grease a grill pan with the oil and roast the asparagus around light brown and al dente in approx. 5 minutes. Put them on the arugula.
Bake the bacon in the grill pan crispy and put the apple for a moment. Divide the bacon and the apple with the spring onions over the salad.
Pour over the dressing and sprinkle the cheese and walnuts on top.
