Asparagus with raw ham
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, asparagus tips (à 100 g), salt, garlic (small), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, fresh basil (à 15 g) and Coburger raw ham.

Cut thin slices from the bottom of asparagus tips.

Fry in pan with boiling water and salt asparagus in approx.

3 minutes.

Drain in colander.

Peel the garlic and press it out of the bowl.

Add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and beat into a dressing.

Remove basil stalks, cut leaf into thin slices.

Asparagus points and slices of ham are arranged on six plates.
