Asparagus wraps

Peel the asparagus.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the white asparagus for about 8 minutes until they are al dente.

Remove them and rinse them cold under the tap.

Cook the green asparagus for about 4 minutes, then also rinse cold.

Cut the peppers into long strips.

Cut the slightly cooled white asparagus in half lengthwise.

Spread the wraps with goat cheese and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of water each.

Divide the pine nuts over the cheese.
-
Put 3 white and 4 green asparagus on each wrap and spread the pepper over it.
-
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
-
Roll up the wraps well and roll them up very tightly in plastic foil.
-
Leave them in the cooler for at least 30 minutes before cutting them diagonally.

Nice to take with you on picnic.
