                                Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the mince over medium heat in 6 minutes.

                                Meanwhile, chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
 - 
                                Halve the peppers and remove the stalk and seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes of ½ cm.

                                Put the minced meat in a sieve and let it drain well.
 - 
                                In the meantime, heat the butter in the same pan and fry the onion, garlic and paprika for 5 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently.

                                Add the minced meat, the tomato frito, barbecue sauce and chilli flakes and the water and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

                                Cut the bread and roll with some lettuce, minced meat, pickles and onions.
