American sandwich Sloppy Joe with minced meat sauce, pickles and fried onions.

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the mince over medium heat in 6 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Halve the peppers and remove the stalk and seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes of ½ cm.
  4. Put the minced meat in a sieve and let it drain well.
  5. In the meantime, heat the butter in the same pan and fry the onion, garlic and paprika for 5 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently.
  6. Add the minced meat, the tomato frito, barbecue sauce and chilli flakes and the water and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  7. Cut the bread and roll with some lettuce, minced meat, pickles and onions.
