Greek vegetable burger with cucumber salad
A nice Greek recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: cucumber, olive oil, Greek burgers (vegetable burgers), full yoghurt, dried mint (or chopped fresh) and bread rolls ((brown) cut open).

Cut half the cucumber into small cubes, the other half into thin slices.

Keep cubes and slices separate, sprinkle everything with salt and pepper and let stand for a while.

Heat half the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetable burgers according to the instructions on the package.

Spoon the cucumber cubes with the yoghurt and the mint.

Drizzle the rolls with the rest of the oil.

Put some slices of cucumber on each roll and then the vegetable burger.

Divide the cucumber salad over the burger and serve immediately..
