Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
-
Grease the spring form and coat the bottom of the mold with baking paper. Put the raisins in a bowl and add the boiling water. Let them work for 15 minutes.
-
Drain and drain in a colander. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
-
In a bowl with a whisk, mix the raisins, sugar, coconut, eggs, syrup and the flour. Add the butter and mix until a batter.
-
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the middle of the oven in approx. 35 min. Until golden brown and done.
-
After 30 minutes, check with the skewer that the cake is cooked: if the skewer comes out clean and dry, the cake is cooked.
-
If that is not the case, bake the cake for another 5 minutes. Allow to cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and cut into points.
